IN-PERSON COACHING

PLUS OPTIONAL DIET GUIDANCE & CHECK-INS

Receive in-person coaching, plus a bespoke personal training plan, that takes into account your goals, fitness level, and exercise preferences.

 

For an extra fee, receive diet guidance and weekly check-ins. This is suitable for those who want help to change their body composition (lose fat/gain muscle).

I work in-person in South East London and

can offer training at your home, in one of our parks or commons, or at your local gym.

 

Having your own equipment is not necessary as I've got everything we may need!

THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

1-ON-1 COACHING

  • 1 x client consultation to discuss programming, training history, fitness goals, and exercise preferences.
     

  • 1 x 60min fitness assessment to determine your current fitness level.
     

  • A minimum of 1 x 1-on-1 training session per week.
     

  • A bespoke training program.
     

  • Access to personal training app.
     

  • Ongoing support via the training app’s messenger to answer any of your queries to help you stay on track.
     

  • Free Nutrition Guide


For an additional fee, receive all of the above PLUS
 

  • Diet guidance and advice to support your body composition goals (fat loss/muscle gain).
     

  • 1 x weekly check-in to discuss nutrition.
